I’m a freelance artist. By making a payment via my website you are supporting a musician directly, as opposed to some anonymous company or “the music industry”.
No A.I. was involved in composing the concerto. This score is a piece of my creativity, craft and liveslong experience I’m sharing with you. I sincerely hope listening to it will make you happy.

Payment and download process

When you click the “Buy now” button, a window pops up were you fill in your name, email address and credit card data. Also, you need to tick a box confirming you are not a robot.

NOTE: After entering a coupon code, you need to click the “Apply” button on the right side of the coupon code field!
Before you finalize your payment by clicking the blue “Pay” button on the bottom, make sure it displays the correct price!

Once you have made the payment and it has gone through – this may take a few seconds, please hang on – you will be landing on the checkout page where you can immediately download a .zip folder with three .mp3 or .flac files in it.
If your internet browser fails to load the checkout page, don’t panic. Do not try to go back or fill out the payment window again as this may result in multiple payments. Very shortly, you will receive an email sent to the address you typed into the payment window. In this email there is a link to my website where you can download the files. This link will not work eternally however, so make sure you don’t wait too long before downloading your purchase.
If you don’t get that email, it might have ended up in your spam folder, or your server has rejected it. If it didn’t arrive and you need it, please write to mail@johannesglueck.at

If, for any reason, you run into technical problems and can not download the files you purchased, let me know by writing to mail@johannesglueck.at and I will try to help you ASAP.

Copyright

You own the copy of the recording you purchased, for your private purposes. You do not own the work or any rights to it. You may, among other things, not modify, resell or distribute it. If you want to perform/broadcast the concert publicly, be my guest but you will need to report the performance/broadcast to your local performing rights organisation (e.g. PSA, ASCAP, BMI, SACEM, GEMA). They will collect a certain licence fee on my behalf. A portion of this fee will then arrive years later on my bank account.

Privacy

I do not spy on you. I do not have access to your credit/debit card data. The payment is handled by stripe.com, with the wordpress plugin Accept Stripe Payments in between stripe.com and my website. I do not store your name and email address for any other purpose than handling the sale and after-sale customer service.

Returns

No returns. All sales are final. This is a digital product. I took great care that on my website you’re getting a pretty good picture of what you are going to buy. If you don’t like Sullivan, Mozart, or me, don’t buy it.

Tax

Since in Austria you get punished when you work, I have to collect and pay sales tax. The sales price of any product includes 20% sales tax. My tax ID is ATU62949199.
